This policy explains how refunds work for paid Blur Image Online features. Paid subscriptions and checkout are processed securely by Paddle.

1. Payment processor

Blur Image Online offers free browser-based image tools and paid Plus access for selected advanced features.

Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Paddle. We use Paddle payment and subscription records to review refund requests.

2. Plus subscription

The Plus subscription is priced at $3 per month. Plus may include advanced workflows such as AI unblur, batch blur, and other account-based image tools.

The Paddle checkout page shows the price, billing period, and payment details before payment is collected.

3. 14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. We review each request fairly based on the payment record, account access, and product usage.

This 14-day refund window applies to new paid subscriptions and eligible subscription renewals unless a different refund right is required by applicable law.

4. When refunds may be approved

Refund requests made within 14 days may be approved when a clear billing or access issue occurs.

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • You paid but could not access the paid feature because of a verified technical issue on our side.
  • You requested a refund within 14 days of purchase and had not used the paid feature in a meaningful way.
  • A payment was made by mistake and you contacted us promptly.

5. When refunds may not be available

Some requests may not qualify for a refund, especially when the paid service has already been used normally.

  • The paid feature worked as described and was used successfully.
  • You changed your mind after using the service.
  • The issue was caused by unsupported files, browser limitations, or local device restrictions outside our control.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us with the account email used on Blur Image Online, the payment date, the amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue.

Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or private payment credentials.

7. Review time

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, the time required for the money to appear in your account depends on Paddle, the payment method, and your bank.
